Step 1 - 'highlight' the form starting at the heading Footpath Report Form. Step 2 - right click and select 'copy'. Step 3 - Open up your word processing software and 'paste' the form into a new word document. Step 4 - complete the form and 'Save as' to a folder of your choice. Step 5 - send by e-mail as an attachment via the footpaths@guildfordramblers.org.uk e-mail link from this page.
